Frequently Asked Questions - Booking & Clinic
Do I need a referral to see Dr. Kang?
No. Misora is a private dental clinic and accepts direct appointments. A referral from a GP or another dentist is not required, though referrals are welcome.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact the clinic as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance, to allow the time to be offered to another patient. Instructions will be provided in the appointment confirmation.
Can I request a second opinion appointment?
Yes. Second opinion consultations are available. Please bring your treatment plan, clinical notes, and X-rays from your previous clinician. An independent assessment is provided, with no obligation to proceed.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
Appointments are required. Walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed. For urgent concerns, please call the clinic to be advised on the most appropriate course of action.
